The cleanliness of the room, with supposedly clean sheets full of hair, was a major issue for me. Additionally, being moved from room to room in the middle of the night and having new people enter already full room was also issue. This was obviously normal for them because it happened to us twice. The unexpected increase in breakfast prices on our last morning of the stay and the unhelpful attitude of the staff. Location was the only positive aspect.

Great location, we stayed in 4 bed en suite that was clean and nice but our friends stayed in a private en suite that was extremely dirty. Staff is mostly unpleasant (they don't even respond to your hellos) and unhelpful.
