Very clean and nice rooms. All staff were happy to help us with locations and printing train tickets etc (especially the young man with longer hair who worked night shifts I didn’t pick up his name). Breakfast was nice with plenty of options. Very well located next to a tram stop and bus station with only a 5-10 minute bus into the city centre. Cleaning staff did a great job. The cots provided were a good standard our son slept very well in it.

Best and most attentive staff ever, nothing is too much trouble for them. Clean rooms. Try the private jacuzzi session, definitely worth it. :) Centre is only 10 minutes by convenient bus. Ask for a garden view room if you are a heavy sleeper.
