👍: -Very beautiful and new modern hotel. -Rooms are very well equipped, clean. -The swimming pool is right in the middle of the hotel with some rooms overlooking it. -The hotel breakfast changes everyday so you won't eat the same thing over again. 👎: -The location is good, but there is nothing interesting nearby of walking distance, maybe a few convenience stores. All the other shopping malls you have to take a taxi to.
Definitely one of my worst experience staying in a so-called 4-star Hotel, and I have been to countless Hotels due to my job for over 23 years in the field of Marketing both domestic and international. 1. The elevators from the parking area to the lobby are not avaiĺable yet. So my family and I had to carry the luggages thru steps. So please be mindful when you bring lots of luggages, do drop them in the lobby. 2. Rooms where we stayed have no windows (my family and I stayed in more than 1 room). The dividers of rooms are not a solid brick wall, so I could literally hear what the next room's watching or even their discussions. We have bought some foods that need to be refrigerated, to my dissapointment there is not a single refrigerator available in any of 5 rooms my family stayed in. 3. My biggest upset was when my family and I had to ask the 2nd room keycard, we were told that the hotel policy is to only give 1 card per room. I was told by Front Office Rama that all the cards are used up. When I insisted that I need the second card (which is very common to have without even asked in my countless experiences in so many other hotels, even less than 4-star ones), the Front Office Staff suggested me to just use a paper business card for the in-room electricity. When I argued I need the access card for the second in-room person, he reluctantly gave it anyway, even though the tone of his replies were considered rude. Clearly in my honest and humble opinion, this hotel needs a better Customer Service Training for the Front Office Staffs. They just repeatedly said it was the hotel policy, and willingly went the extra mile just to upset customer over a second key card. Even seemingly challenged me to write a review, thus I do so. 4. To made things even worse, during my check out, I was asked by Front Office Staff Jenni to return 3 (three) cards, since based from their data, I was given 3 cards. We had to clarify so many times that how was it even possible for us to have 3 cards, while I had to argue just to get my request of the 2nd card beforehand? The argument was so back and forth, literally just because based on their database, I should return the 3rd key card that was never been given to me. For a freaking 3rd key card, that based on their hotel policy is not even possible anyway. 5. It left me so dissappointed that I finally left the hotel and get back home earlier, even though we settled for 2 nights. Too bad my wife and children were still need to sleep there due to matters that were already planned. 5. Location is very strategic, especially when you have something to do in the Tanah Abang area. I guess this is the only upside for this hotel though. Definitely listed as not a recommended hotel to stay for me.
