I stayed at the end of the week. At that time it seemed that the condition of the hotel was so full that I needed to wait a while before my room was ready to be used. But the service there is very friendly and they provide welcoming water and some snacks. The waiting place is quite comfortable. Because this hotel is inside the mall, parking is quite easy. The room is quite spacious, the bathroom is very spacious, the water heater works very well. The room is also clean. Unfortunately the room I ordered was non-smoking but when I checked in, the smell of cigarettes was very clear. When I asked for room fragrance, the staff said they didn't have it. Then there were a few pers of the mattress that stood out and hurt me. Lastly, I don't know who designed this hotel... the combination of striking wall wallpaper and crowded carpet is enough to make me dizzy

Location is A+, this was the main reason we chose Best Western Sanayan. You can walk anywhere from here. Station is around the corner, 5 malls within talking distance, SCBD etc. The rooms don't have windows - This would be the main negative for my time here. I 100% understand it says this when you book, but it's still a negative. Didn't really interact with staff beyond check-in/check-out but it was easy enough. The STC building is actually quite interesting, with 50+ small hobby stores all operating here. McDonald's is on the ground floor, and there's some street food out on the jalan in the mornings and evenings. If I just go to Jakarta in the future, I would stay here again.
