The service of the Shang Ri La team is the best. From planning to execution, even after the event, they assist us exceptionally well and are very polite. The ballroom is luxurious and marvelous, and the food (both buffet and set menu) tastes delicious. They always ensure that the food is kept warm. The coffee break is also excellent, with a variety of cookies, and they provide us with some fruits. The loading in and loading out area also easy to access and to move our things to the ballroom. They are highly cooperative and make sure that we are satisfied with their service. I give Shang Ri La a 5/5 rating. Thanks especially for Mba Dinda, Mas Finsa, Pak Budi, Pak Sandy, dan Pak Ulfy for your help!

Amazing team who handled our reception. Was an event with lots of arrangements needed for international guests and entertainment & decor during event. Though we just had 2 months, our sales PIC from Shangrila, Azzura, made everything possible and made everything very very smooth. Special thanks to Azzura for all the great coordination! ||Special mention also for Chef Dewa and the Banquet team for the amazing food! Our guests especially loved the Indian food, Lamb curry, and were surprised that it came from the hotel team. ||Great service by the entire Shangrila team who always went the extra mile! Also, 2 of the staff at the lounge, Kristi & Putri, always remember our names and preference from our visits||Strongly recommend Shangrila for wedding event and stay of large international guest groups!
