My wife and I had stayed at this hotel for several times, with period of each stay ranging 3 to 5 days. This hotel has amazing team of personnel. During our previous stay period, one of our family member lost his wallet, quickly the HK team and Front Desk Team extended their support in search for the missing wallet, and soon after, the wallet was found thanks to excellent internal team coordination. Their Security Team, as their first front guard, are also very friendly and professional. They are very supportive, especially when we had online food delivery order from outside. The dining experience at the Restaurant on breakfast is never disappoints. The breakfast dishes are quite varied (although not too man. All items properly made, fresh and tasty. The daily menu for breakfast is well planned, the variations are properly maintained so that guests don't get bored. The staff at the Restaurant are also very warm & friendly, and they are also quick & responsive even during rush hour. Just like their restaurant facilities, their sports facilities are also quite satisfactory and clean. The HK team is routinely and proficiently keeping the Gym & Swimming facilities clean, tidy & safe. We planning to stay again at this hotel on the next 24th to 28th of July. As always, we expect another memorable staying experienced, which deliver by attentive, sincere and professional team. Regard, Agung Fitriansyah
