The pool wasn’t quite as big and amazing as the pictures however the vibe and service was spot on - Ali and Smiley at the pool are an absolute asset to this hotel, always up for a chat and looking after whatever you may need. The room was nice, clean and spacious although a couple things missing here and there. The gym is small and simple but refrigerated towels and cold waters was a nice added touch. Downsides - The bed and pillows were huge but too hard for my personal preference. We were also missing a bedside table on one side which was a little annoying but dealt with it, bathroom was very nice although i think the room we got was very basic for $200+ per night, couldn’t even sit on the balcony it was so small and no furniture out there

One of the big hotel with huge swimming pool size! Located on Jimbaran area, this hotel has many access to other activities like Beach, Shops, Culinary The Breakfast have a lot of choice heavy meals to dessert, wide variant of drink like juice and smoothies too This hotel perfect for Couple or Family. cause have huge pool, big gym and spacious space for kids, and rooftop for barbeque area. I stay on spacious rooms with pool access, king size comfy bed, toilet with walk in closet The Staff was very helpfull front front desk till i left. good job👍
