Cons: 1. Most rooms are abandoned and trashed 2. We got locked out of our room everyday during our 1 week stay (card didn’t work everyday we got back to the hotel) 3. Only got 1 toilet paper roll for 1 week 4. Room cleaning service only did half the cleaning job 5. Very far away from activities/ nice places (1-2hr travel time) 6. The gym, massage and change room area is abandoned and trashed - seems haunted 7. Our room had a funny (funky) smell 8. The rooms need renovating, especially the bathrooms. Mouldy in the shower and old. 9. The bedroom floor was dusty and the rug had a funky smell 10. Food at hotel restaurant is not good! Only edible. Pros: 1. Staff are so lovely 2. Easy check in and out 3. Happy to look after luggage after check out 4. Food delivery from outside restaurants is allowed

Booked here last minute and was pleasantly surprised. Service was friendly and check in was quick. Rooms were large, clean and comfortable. Didn't have breakfast but it was very good value and would definitely stay back here when I'm in the area. The hotel was fairly quiet given how large it was but did not bother me.
