Probably one of the best hotels in Bali. Set in the pristine environment of Nusa Dua, and having a beautiful long private beach, this hotel is a beauty in its own. Has beautiful lush gardens and several ponds. Has 5-6 swimming pools with beautiful slides for kids. Has several activities for guests during the day as well and a very handy kids club. The staff is very warm and welcoming and do the best to please you. Bali collection is just opposite the hotel for you to try out a lot of local and nice restaurants and shops. A must stay hotel in Bali!!

The hotel is huge! Be prepared to walk thousands of steps. It has a great shore landscape. Check-in process is fast but staff and concierge seem confused. Not a 5 stars service for sure. It took 30 mins for them to drop my luggage to my room. Breakfast foods taste okay though the selection is rather limited. They have three breakfast spots. The room is very damp with outdated interior and needs major repair soon. Overall, it wasn’t really a convenient stay at Grand Hyatt. Probably the worst Hyatt Hotel I have stayed in Indo.
