Our experience at the Hilton Hotel in Nusa Dua was fantastic! We felt so welcomed right from the moment we arrived. The check-in process was smooth, and Ade, the concierge, was incredibly friendly and helpful. We decided to dine at the Shore beach restaurant, and it was a great choice. The pizza was delicious, and the staff there were really nice. They delivered our order promptly, and everything was just right. The pool staff were also very friendly and helpful. We spent a lot of time by the pool, even staying late, and they were always eager to assist us. They even offered a pool balloon to my kid, which made our stay even more enjoyable. This hotel is definitely kid-friendly with plenty of fun pool activities. Our room was spacious, clean, and super comfortable. The amenities were of good quality, and the bathroom had a modern bathtub. Just a little tip: make sure to keep your balcony closed because sometimes monkeys might try to sneak in. But that’s just part of the natural charm of Bali, so nothing to worry about. The only small issue we had was that the air conditioning machine could be a bit noisy at night. Other than that, everything was excellent. Overall, we had a fantastic time at the Hilton in Nusa Dua. If you’re looking for a welcoming and family-friendly hotel in Bali, this is the place to stay. We highly recommend it! Thank you to the Hilton team for making our stay memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

We had time to visit this Hotel during our assignment as commitee for G20 Finance Minister meeting. This hotel became one of the venues for hospitality dinner and delegates accomodation. Only from the lobby area we could assume that the hotel exterior and interior is truly luxurious. From the sitting area in the lobby, we could enjoy the breeze and the sea view landscape with the blue water. From this point, we could see the beautiful garden and green area of the hotel, with some of the fish ponds and benches. We didn't had time to check on the room, but we believe it must be extraordinary. The staffs were very friendly and helpful, eventhough we only visited to did a little survey for our event, they gave a good service by serving us welcome dinner. The ballroom venue for the hospitality dinner wasn't too wide, but enough for welcome the VVIP guests.
