I love love love this hotel. Nusa Dua isn’t my favorite location in Bali, but if I need to be there or nearby, this is my go-to resort. I’ve stayed here two times now and enjoyed every stay. The food is very good, rooms are modern, very spacious and well designed, the staff are friendly. The spa is also quite good. I haven’t tried their beach club since I prefer to go to Sundays, but highly recommend this hotel.

I stay in so many hotels every year. Most feel like you’re just renting a bed for a night or two. Sometimes high end hotels like the Four Seasons, or the St. Regis make you feel more at home. Their level of hospitality is warm and welcoming.||In my experience, it’s been rare to find cool, caring culture in a mid range hotel, and yet that’s what discovered here at the Renaissance Nusa Dua hotel. I’ve stayed in 20 different hotels in Bali, but honestly, this hotel has been the best of the best. It’s quite surprising to me because I totally wasn’t expecting it. In fact, it was a last-minute decision to stay here.||And guess what? This is a brand new hotel. The design and architecture are extraordinary. I can’t tell you how many places in Bali have been around for 20 years without proper maintenance and renovations. Even super expensive luxury hotels can often be a disappointment and a tourist trap because what you see on the photos and what you read in the reviews doesn’t match up to what you get in reality. Mold is a constant concern.||On the other hand, this hotel is an understated gem. During busy times the hotel manager is upfront, welcoming guests and making sure everything runs smoothly.||And then there’s the food. Again Chef Artawa and his team are always on the scene, speaking to guests, always asking for feedback to see what can be improved. The range of food and the customer service at the breakfast buffet outshines anywhere I’ve ever been. They even make fresh juices and serve delicious ice cream. You’ll have to try it yourself, but I can tell you I don’t get impressed easily, I’ve seen it all, but this is really special. And all this for a price that is very affordable by anyone’s standards. Thank you!
