The highlight of this hotel is the endless huge pools, no matter how crowded it was..it's still spacious. Too bad, they close at 6pm. They have a 3 storey health center (gym), machines are pretty new, and clean. There was always an attendant who was helpful. The deluxe room is spacious and comfy, the bathroom is as big as the bedroom! Unfortunately the view of our balcony was the main road, we were lucky that it was not noisy. The ayce breakfast offered plenty of various food, decent quality. On the third day, it was understaffed, we waited for half an hour for the latte and they never came (even after a few reminders). The beach club was not happening, and the restaurant was a bit understaffed. Well, at least the food tasted decent. The most disappointing is their private beach, Samuh beach. Once we arrived there, we immediately returned to our hotel. The beach was not clean, the smell was horrible. Nothing much to do. Please do something about it.

Perfecte service, speciaal van onze gastvrouw Vina.|De villa was echt fantastisch. Enorm groot, heerlijke bedden, fantastische inrichting.|Goede sfeer, iedereen vriendelijk en behulpzaam.|Ook de faciliteiten zijn enorm goed. De gym, het geweldige zwembad en de beachwear & restaurant zijn geweldig. Ik ga hier zeker terug komen.
