St Regis Bali Review From the moment I stepped into the St. Regis Bali, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The staff, especially Darma Puspita at the Dulang restaurant and Sudana at the gourmet restaurant, provided excellent service. Sudana's attentiveness and skill in preparing a delightful coffee while I worked were particularly impressive. The butler service was a highlight of my stay. Tin, Ms. Ayun, and Mr. Agus were outstanding in their roles, offering efficient and polite service that ranged from organizing pillows to ironing clothes and cleaning the room, adding a luxurious touch to my stay. The gym facilities were top-notch, complemented by delicious protein shakes and friendly staff, including Gita, who made my gym experience enjoyable. The spa, sauna, and steam room were fantastic, contributing to an overall sense of wellness. Breakfast at the St. Regis Bali was a culinary journey. The steak and eggs accompanied by fresh lobster were extraordinary. Awan, along with the entire breakfast team, was well-trained and professional, making it a memorable meal. The dining options at the hotel were fantastic and reasonably priced. The butler service, bringing freshly baked cookies and chamomile tea nightly, showcased their attention to detail. In summary, my stay at the St. Regis Bali was outstanding. The hotel is a standout in Bali, providing a great environment for getting work done. The staff, particularly at the restaurants, is the reason I'll be coming back repeatedly. The St. Regis Bali is not just one of the best properties globally for its facilities but also for its exceptional staff and service. I already miss a lot about it and highly recommend it. 10 out of 10
I had the pleasure of staying at the St. Regis Bali Resort, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Here's my review: 1. Impeccably Managed Property: The St. Regis Bali Resort is a testament to top-quality management. Everything, from the facilities to the service, felt meticulously maintained and of the highest standard. 2. Superb Gym and Recreational Activities: The spacious gym with its well-trained staff was a highlight. It was never overcrowded, and the availability of water and towels added to the convenience. The option to rent bicycles in excellent condition allowed for unforgettable rides along the beach. 3. Lagoon Pool Bliss: The lagoon pool, filled with filtered salted water, created a sensation of swimming through an endless lagoon. It was a truly immersive experience that added to the resort's charm. 4. Family-Friendly Pools: The smaller fresh water pool, complete with a kids' pool and adjacent to the beach and a bar, was perfect for families. The availability of a kids' pool with sand made it even more enjoyable. What stood out was that the pool areas were never crowded, possibly due to the numerous villas and suites with private pools and a relatively low customer-to-room ratio. 5. Serene Atmosphere and Exceptional Service: The resort provided a calm and peaceful environment both day and night, perfect for relaxation. The staff were the true stars of the stay, always wearing welcoming smiles and going above and beyond to make guests' experiences memorable. Their dedication to providing top-notch service was evident throughout the stay. Bonus: Golf Enthusiasts' Paradise: The proximity of Bali Golf National within walking distance is a fantastic perk for golf enthusiasts, making this resort an even more enticing destination. In summary, the St. Regis Bali Resort is a haven of luxury and relaxation. While the food experience didn't quite match the overall excellence of the resort, every other aspect, from the facilities to the service and recreational options, made for an unforgettable stay. I left fully satisfied, with wonderful memories of my time at this remarkable property.
