While the room quality and breakfast were satisfactory and met my expectations, the service at the reception was a significant letdown, particularly due to the handling by a staff member named Yudha. My check-in was scheduled for 14:00 as per the app’s confirmation, but I was kept waiting until 14:30 and told my room would be ready around 15.00 - 15.30. Yudha’s response to this delay was not only unapologetic but also unsatisfactory. He attributed the delay to my request for a non-smoking room, a reason I found implausible. A friend who booked a similar room (superior, non-smoking, double bed) through a different app, and who completed their payment after me, was checked in immediately without any issues. This inconsistency in service raises questions about the efficiency and decision-making at the reception. The inconvenience caused me to spend unnecessary time at the reception, temporarily store my luggage elsewhere, and return later, disrupting my travel plans.

The lobby of this hotel is located inside the parking area of Transmart Mall. It is sort of hidding from public. The lobby of the hotel was too simple. The room was also the same. I felt the room still have unfinished work design, it was missing cabinet in the left of front door, though the space's of rhe cabinet already there. The bathroom glass door block the way to go to the shower. It was quite a small space inside the bathroom area. Overall, i would rate the room as a three stars hotel I might say. However, Zuri provided the breakfast food quite generous with a lots of different varities, from local and traditional to western dishes.
