Great place for a staycation with family, especially love the children's pool, and the free pop corn (buy 1 get 1). However, the kids activitie's officer was not friendly at first, because my kids couldn't take part in the kids activities that day because we didn't register in advance (it made me and my kids bad mood even though finally we can join), I didn't even know what to register in advance. The lady staff didn't tell us when I first checked in, even though I asked about children's activities the next morning. And the breakfast food is too bad, it doesn't taste fresh. But overall, happy to stay with my family here.

The location of the hotel is next door to a Mall and there are a lot of restaurants nearby. Room is spacious and comfortable, though room insulation is a bit lacking. Swimming pool is quite large for Mercure standard. Staffs were very friendly and helpful, and breakfast were quite nice and complete.
