As a gold member, I consistently receive an upgrade and a complimentary drink. The hotel offers free airport transportation as well. Overall, I'm quite content with Ibis Styles Jakarta. The only issue is that some guests tend to leave their rooms open, causing noise from family gatherings. Besides this, everything is satisfactory.

We had a wonderful stay for a night on our way to travel. Ms Sherly from restaurant was very helpful and food was very good. Ms Nur from front desk was also very helpful in making our stay wonderful. Great experience.
