We took our family for our 30th wedding anniversary and had a wonderful experience. From check in to checkout, everyone treated us like we were royalty. The spa was first clsss. Robert in the dining room was a wonderful host. Katherine and Lisa made you feel like you are part of their family. The grounds are magical. The food was delicious. The bar was right out of a 1920s movie. The staff was professional. Sebastian in the tea room was a family favorite. New Year’s Eve included a champagne bar, fireworks and bagpipes. The Tollman’s are owners who care about their legacy and the legacy of the people and property. We were lucky to be guests.

5 stars is not enough for Ashford Castle. From the moment you arrive at the gate, until you leave, it is just top notch. The setting is stunning and we enjoyed getting out and about in the gardens. The staff are amazing, too many to call out individually but they were all friendly, professional and nothing was hassle or an issue. Whilst everything is top class and it's the lap of luxury there is no stuffiness, it's very relaxing. For history buffs there is some really interesting history behind the castle and the staff are incredibly knowledgable. There are walks too that are very informative.|The food & drinks (especially cocktails) was delicious. The in house cinema with sweets and popcorn was a nice surprise too! You can't beat Home Alone with a cocktail and fresh popcorn! Cant wait to visit again 😊
