very happy with service and attention and quality and presentation of food. We had family members travelling from the Uk and New Zealand and given the difficult driving conditions the hotel was flexible in serving the main meal and ensured those who came late ie 1.5 hrs received the same the same choice of menu as those who arrived on time. ||The duty Manager Daniel checked in on us on a regular basis ensuring we were happy and also the earlier Manager Darren made us very welcome when we arrived. Payment was handled with courtesy and efficiency by Leonie who was on duty at the reception desk. Elizabeth was assigned to us - a group of 40 members while we were dining ,and was very helpful especially while dealing with the children

Visited the hotel yesterday for a birthday celebration with family. We all had a lovely dinner, drinks and dessert. Great food and service and excellent staff. Will be back again.
