We arrived for 1 night, just to get away for a break before Christmas and to use a voucher that was gifted to me. Everything from the check in to check out was easy and hassle free. The food was amazing the staff are amazing. We also visited the leisure centre across the road in the great southern hotel which is a sister hotel to the royal. It was lovely we really enjoyed it. Didn't get to see the spa, but we will definitely be back again to stay at the Royal and spend more than one night to explore the spa and the rest of Killarney.

Best hotel experience in many years. From the check in to check out, we were met with friendly, smiling courteous staff members. Brilliant evening meal and outstanding breakfast. Loved the banter with the breakfast team at the table.
