Had a great time with the family, everything was excellent, kids loved it and didn’t want to go home. Would definitely come again and highly recommend it. The food was great and the entertainment was too and the leisure centre was lovely. The staff were brilliant too. Was only going to stay for 2 nights but booked a third night because we enjoyed it so much.
Was there for a few days' stay. Good location on the edge of kilarney Town. The hotel is big but has a lovely atmosphere. Carol is on reception and had a lovely, warm welcome. The staff for breakfast were very helpful and the food was excellent. There were plenty of staff, so there were no issues in any requirements if you needed any. The room was very spacious. Very modern and comfortable. The only issue I have is the bathroom it needs an update. The swimming pool was lovely and heated. The hotel has all the access for individuals who use wheelchairs.. Would highly recommend the hotel and will definitely be back.
