We loved our stay at Ballyseede Castle Hotel! The hotel staff were all absolutely fantastic (I don't know how you hire such great people!) and Esther in particular was very funny , hands on and extremely welcoming. The staff at Ballyseede really made the hotel for us, truly. The hotel is gorgeous (it's a castle after all), tastefully and beautifully decorated and has a very relaxed and homely atmosphere. The food was delicious and the castle dogs cute. We really couldn't have chosen a better hotel for our stay.
