Reviews based on Food
A great hotel that feels premium in every way. Good food, nice rooms, phenomenal pool. The location is right on the beach and next to the promenade. The pool has 3 pools with waterfalls and rock formations that make for a unique swimming experience.
This is a hotel of the Isrotel network, graded as Exclusive. Pros: Very quick receipt A huge and beautiful pool All rooms with sea view A waterfall in the shower The room was clean The rooms are very big Cons: It is a pity that the hotel is lacking an adjacent beach (the adjacent beach is forbidden to wash), and it is required to stay at the Beach of Dan Hotel. In order to enjoy some quiet mornings and evenings, it is advisable to request the eastern wing of the hotel (preferably rooms X01-X24), as the western wing is noisy starting at 7 am due to maintenance work. We asked for the western wing, but as always: "The hotel is fully occupied." Unfortunately not all room facilities were in good condition: the balcony exit door hardly moved, mini bar not cooling well, table lamp not working. The bed mattress in the room was not a couple, but was made up of two mattresses ☹ Throughout the five days of stay, the bathroom did not refill the soaps and grooming kits. The hotel team (in the lobby, in the dining room) transmits fatigue and a feeling that customers are bothering them ... Much of the waiters in the dining room barely understand Hebrew, and it is difficult for them to express explanations about the food. No USB charging points in the room. There is a mini bar in the room, and every item costs about 3 times the price at grocery store - it's such 80's. Must positively note the customer relationship manager, Ella Lis, who tried to improve our stay experience.
