We a group of 7 has booked this on the 30th and 31st dec 2023. Our experience was horrible Let me describe point by point 1. We booked our stay using goibibo for 7 guests with 4 rooms. In goibibo the check-in time was 1PM. 2. We followed Google location which was wrong. The Google location is given near Darjeeling mall road post office 3. But the hotel is near the Darjeeling station from where you need to walk a stiff climb of around 1KM. 4. When we reached hotel around 2:15PM the lady in the reception told us that only 1 room is ready others are not ready and we have to wait 30 min for the other rooms. The behaviour of the lady was very rude. Although next day there was a male receptionist who was well behaved. 5. 2 rooms are given in 2nd floor and 2 rooms in 3rd floor. 6. There is no lift and no one to carry luggage so we had to carry the luggage to 2nd and 3rd floor. 7. The room has geyser but no hot water. The geyser is switched on and off from the reception but the intercom in the room was not working and the phone no provided of the reception was also not reachable or switched off. So every time we need to walk down to the groundfloor reception to get the geyser switched on. 8. The 2 rooms provided to us on the 2 nd floor does not have any window or any carpet on the floor. So the floor was always wet and the room remains very damp throughout 2 days. After paying around 2500 per room we did not expect this. 9. The bathroom is very small and old, there was no ventilation on the bathroom. The bathroom was not clean as well and the water is sticky. 10. The bed and cupboards in all the rooms are old and some parts are broken and the bed was not clean we found some spots and hair on the bed sheets. 12. One night there was no water in the bathroom from 11Pm to morning 8AM. One of my friend was stuck in the bathroom for more than 1hr. 13. When we complained to goibibo there is no support provided from their side even they kept on hanging the call. 14. Overall a very bad experience. We are frequent visitor in Darjeeling never had this bad experience. The 1000rs/ night hotels are better than this horrible place. Please do not book this place if you want a comfortable stay there.
