The best hotel I have ever been.|Every staff in the hotel right from the security guard to the manager gives more than 100% of service.||The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented, reflecting a high standard of culinary expertise. Each meal was a culinary delight, and I was thoroughly impressed with the variety and quality of the menu.||Thank you for creating a welcoming environment where every detail is carefully considered, and guests are treated with the utmost care. I look forward to the opportunity to stay at (Sumi vista tv tower) again in the future and will certainly recommend it to friends and colleagues.
The rooms are big and comfortable. Heater was supplied on extra charges but it worked ok-ok. Make sure its working well if u r requesting it. |The only reason for 4 star is for food and hospitality by the restaurant guys. Special thanks to Chumla, Ashna and one more guy for taking care well of our food requests and hospitality. The food is exceptionally good. ||Only complaint was with bedsheets quality on day 1 but the housekeeping staff (Hema) changed immediately once alerted. ||Overall a good experience in Darjeeling.
