Hotel location is good (10-12 minutes walking to Mall road) but the rooms are very old and appear heavily used, small and bed is also small. The hotel staff service is average! Rooms in both the new building and heritage buildings badly need maintenance. Restaurant staff is slow and service is not quick. Utensils like spoons, bowls fell short many times during breakfast and dinner. Food gets cold due to slow service. Front office has zero coordination. We were promised a bigger room by the duty manager the next day but the staff changed and new staff wrongly represented to us that all the rooms were sold out. Lousy attitude.
