It was undoubtedly the worst Fern hotel I have stayed in. Reception staff is slow and non courteous and take 20-30 min to check in. It appears they have to pay if they smile. The rooms are very small and smell. Windows were unclean. Washrooms have non-functional fittings which are blocked.Hot water comes for 10 min only. Bathroom was not cleaned even after saying so. Food is average, the buffet has very limited options. Laundry service took more than 30 hours to deliver that too after calling twice. Electric kettle was not working and was not changed even after the complaint. Lots of noise coming during night,very disturbing,could hear drilling and hammering all night. Only one of the female staff in the restaurant was professional and courteous along with the security guards. Moreover my bill was supposed to be B2C but they were asking me to pay directly,till I showed the booking receipt. Overall very poor experience
Rooms are very good, but Food is Overpriced and the Buffet Spread is Paultry — with hardly 5-6 food items offered in the spread!! Overall, experience should have been better if the Food spread was broader! Breakfast spread is comparatively much much better though! Overall, pleasant stay and conducive experience. Great location- just opposite to City Center II!
