I recently had the misfortune of staying at the "Wise Owl Comfotel" hotel, and I can honestly say it was the worst experience of my life. From the moment I arrived, I knew I had made a terrible mistake. The room itself was a nightmare. It was outdated and dirty and had a musty odor that made it difficult to breathe. The beds were uncomfortable and felt like they hadn't been replaced in decades. The bathroom was even worse, with moldy tiles, a leaking faucet, and a shower that had little to no water pressure. It was impossible to feel clean in such a grimy environment. But the horrors didn't stop there. They did not allow a guest of mine to use the washroom. I was told no one other than those who checked in can enter my room. Ridiculous!! To add insult to injury, the hotel's so-called amenities were a complete joke. The TV was not functioning, and when I voiced my concerns to the staff, they displayed an astonishing lack of empathy or willingness to resolve the issues. They brushed off my complaints and offered no solutions or alternatives. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them. Overall, my 3-night stay at this hotel was a disastrous experience. From the terrible customer service to the dirty and uncomfortable room, this place is a prime example of everything that can go wrong with a hotel. Save yourself the agony and avoid this establishment at all costs. There are far better options available that actually value their guests and provide a comfortable and pleasant stay.
