When someone spends ₹23k for a stay at a property with family - the least he/she expects is to be felt welcome and being pampered. ||||Both were missing. There was no warmth in the front desk as they tried to look more like allowing me to stay thab welcome. ||||There were glass shards in my room and no apology from management. The room was not cleaned on 27th.||||Food options were highly limited - this being a 100% veg property - I did expect a lavish spread of greens, proteins and continental but there was much to be left desires.||||The only saving grace was our front door security gentleman Shri Vadan ji who was the perfect host and exuded the warmth and smile of Rajasthan folks - he needs to be looked after and maybe asked to give some tips on customer relationship.||||The view was splendid - the room had a direct view of Shri Shivji statue and it was a delightful experience seeing divinity 24*7.||||The location was excellent too.||||Would I recommend this property to others for stay? Yes - if you are at Nathdwara and do not want to stay at Oyo or any cheap hotel.||||Would I recommend it to others as a Radisson Brand - Absolutely NOT.
