We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at the Anuraga Palace. From the check in experience to the check out, our experience was quite exceptional. Nothing was a hassle and the staff was lovely.|Amenities - all available as expected and room service staff were more than happy to help when required. Spa ladies were lovely and the massage was great.|Food & beverages - we thoroughly enjoyed our dine and wine experience here. The daily variety of breakfast and dinner buffet had different options every day and was delicious! The rooftop bar and tandoor with firepit was an amazing experience. F&B staff were pleasant and helpful every time. A special mention to all the F&B staff and to Mr Rahul for managing it so meticulously with always a smile on his face.|Entertainment - the daily evening shows accompanied by tea, coffee, hot chocolate and snacks was quite entertaining for both adults and children. Pottery, bangles, assorted jewellery and shoes were also for sale during these evening sessions.||Overall Anuraga Palace provides a great comfortable place for the family to stay. Kids were sad to leave. Congratulations to all staff and to Mr Chand Singh for exceptional customer service and management.
