Stayed with family in Dec-2023 at this property. Ratings given below are based on the hotel rate that I paid (around 2.5k). Service - 5/5 Rooms - 4/5 Food - 3/5 Shyam Sundarji is extremely helpful. He is always there to answer any queries we have and provides good suggestions on all topics. Very amicable person. He took pains staying back till late in the hotel (since our train was delayed) and made sure that he clarified our questions regarding the Ranthambore safari next morning we had. He arranged (via agent) Canter pickup from hotel and drop back to hotel. That was really amazing that we didn't have to struggle to reach the entry point of the safari park. The other person managing (Mr. Manoj Sharma) was also very good and prompt. They have In-Room Dining Menu, but it comes from nearby restaurants. So, its a hit and miss depending on where they get the food from. We had a very average experience in terms of food, hence rated 3/5. I would definitely recommend this place based on the cost we paid and the service we received.
