Number 1 location. But not recommended for long stay 1-3 nights It’s ok The place is high end in comparison to luxury hotel in Iceland. The balcony gives a great view of downtown and over the ocean ( beautiful sunset ) the beds are comfortable and the room is very nice with common larger living room, kitchen and fire place for all 5 units on the floor. Bathroom are very small but ok. We stayed in a family room which is larger than a regular room. The only negative is the strong Sulfur smell of the hot water.

We where family of three on vacation down town Reykjavik. The location is the best you find the rooms are very cozy and the clean. The common area is with everything you need fully loaded kitchen and sitting area with beautiful balcony. We hat the best time of our stay there. Thank you.
