Very nice hotel, with lots of amenities, in a good location. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The breakfast buffet was well stocked as well being able to order off the menu. The hotel was very clean through out. Our room was very well kept. The location was great for walking in the city and meeting bus tours. There were many stores and restaurants close by. An excellent jazz duet played in the lobby bar area one evening.

Huge plus! The location is spot on! Walking distance to lots of restaurants, shops and bars. Easy access from shuttle stations. I was disappointed with the customer service. The staff was unhelpful, short, and at times, quite rude. When I inquired about the area and requested a double bed, the responses were minimal and less than welcoming. To make matters worse, I was charged for a phone adapter charger which most hotels would allow to borrow vs forced to purchase . When I questioned the room assignment, I was told they were fully booked, but upon entering my room, it was, in fact, a double bed as requested. Such a lack of professionalism and miscommunication left a lot to be desired from this establishment. Hope this feedback helps improve service
