Wonderful hotel in excellent location. Staff was lovely, breakfast well stocked, rooms clean, good house keeping. We spent 5 nights here, including New Years Eve, and were very happy with our choice.||Special mention to Yousef at the front desk, Chris at the bar, and Sonia in the restaurant. Excellent service and genuinely nice people.||Another bonus was location - next to one of the most famous hot dog stands in town. The bar area was large and a great place to stay warm and people watch. Hotel is also located close to all shopping. Parking was easy in a paid lot 1/2 block away.||The only downside was some of the guest's behavior - but that isn't the fault of the hotel! I would definitely stay here on my next trip to Reykjavik.

I'm so happy I chose this hotel! It was at the perfect location! (Right next to bus stop 3, and just a short walk up to street to Rainbow Street.) The rooms were a really good size! Plenty of storage, large bathrooms, beautiful shower. They also let me check in early since they had a room ready, which I could not have been more thankful for! They offer daily services, which include towels, fresh coffee, and sparkling water. The breakfast was a little pricey but was a very good meal, and when compared to the cost of other meals we had in Reykjavik, it was actually one of the more reasonable ones. You won't go wrong choosing this hotel!
