It was a great way to start the day before heading out to explore the city. Furthermore, the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. They provided excellent recommendations for restaurants, attractions, and transportation options, which greatly enhanced my overall experience in Milan. Their willingness to go the extra mile to ensure their guests' satisfaction was truly commendable. Overall, my stay at the Hotel Duca D'Aosta was superb, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Milan. The combination of excellent service, convenient location, cleanliness, and attention to detail truly makes this hotel a standout choice.

Nice hotel with a few flaws. We had a very nice room, good space and beautiful view. Front desk staff was always very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fairly priced but the buffet was not refilled very quick and if you came a bit later some things were not available any more (although we were still paying the full price). We always had to register for breakfast, which is fine of course but sometimes employees at the coffee counter were rather rude shouting at us what our room number is, although we had registered already. It was advertised across the hotel that you get aperitivo from 1500-2030 in the hotel. However arriving in the bar at 1915 we were told (again rather rude) that it was closed. These things seem minor but considering the high prices for rooms/suites there it’s not really acceptable. Parking there is great, either outdoors in a car park or hotel garage for 15 per day. Location of the hotel is very convenient right next to the main square.
