I loved the hotel. It is very nicely designed. The room was good and airconditioning worked perfectly, infact it was very warm in room especially during the night when the temperature outside was very cold. Staff was very gentle especially one of the receptionists, which unfortunately I did not get his name. Breakfast was good and satisfactory. I ate once at the restaurant, and although portions were not very big, it was good. The only disadvantage is that it cannot be reached by metro, but they have the shuttle with very friendly and helpful drivers. You just call and they come to pick you up from the nearest Metro. Of course this is not offered at least till the time the metro finishes, which again is one of the disadvantages.

The accommodation was booked by my cousin, 2 rooms were booked. Everything about Belstay Milano Assago was up to the mark. Very polite and helpful staff. Although we were there on the night of the storm and the electricity was cut off due to the problem of the grid the hotel management handled it so efficiently that apart from the elevator rest everything worked like a clockwork precision. Breakfast was fantastic.
