We booked a suite for our 50th Wedding Anniversary and the Receptionist at the hotel upgraded us to the ‘Royal Suite’.||The bedroom had a King size bed and a Jacuzzi bath at one end. The bathroom had a large shower with large shower and waterfall heads. It was also a Turkish Bath.||All the staff are brilliant, the food in the morning was, by the time we ate at 9am, not very hot but acceptable and plenty of choice. Could have done with more fresh fruit rather than tinned.||Even the bar staff working in the bar pool were very pleasant, rare in some hotels and I would like to thank the Receptionist/Management for the upgrade to the Royal Suite and the bottle of Bubbly.||The only problem we had, if it is a problem, was that the temperature varied between 33-40C except the last when it was raining but we were leaving at 08:00hrs. Didn’t see a|cloud cloud until then.||I had broken seven vertebrae in my spine last August, spent some time in hospital and cannot have Physiotherapy as they were compression fractures and I found the 30min walk to the lake difficult, especially in the heat. Fifteen Minutes if you are of average fitness.||There are many bars and restaurants along the lake and a large Ferris Wheel, which we went on. Also the ferry point is almost next to the wheel along with motor boats you can hire. The town has lots of Cafes, restaurants and tourists shops etc. ||
