May 22 . Location is great. Reception checking in not the best. Rooms clean & towels changed daily. Bathrooms very tired & need if refurbishment, mold around shower tray . Balcony disgusting. After walking on it l left footmarks in the dirt. This was due to a blocked drain. Had to ask twice to get it cleaned. Also wall around balcony needs an urgent repaint. Pool area clean & towels for pool provided in the room. Food at breakfast very good with plenty of choice staff pleasant, Used restaurant once in the evening & Carvery was good. I would personally rate this hotel as 2/3 star now. Stayed previously when it was 4 star. Needs refurbishment urgently.

Ideal location for exploring Bardolino and Lake Garda. Only a few minutes walk into the town with a great selection of restaurants and shopping. Great breakfast. My room was very noisy due to the location of air conditioning equipment.
