We really enjoyed our stay at the Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni. The location of the hotel is perfect… close to cafes, shops, and the ferries. The hotel and property is behind a gated entrance and away from all the crowds making it very peaceful. The hotel is right on the lake and the grounds which include an outdoor bar, pool, and beach area are absolutely gorgeous. It was wonderful after a day of sightseeing to come back to the hotel and relax at the outdoor bar enjoying the amazing view of Lake Como. All the staff and servers were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is historic and grand (a bit gaudy for my taste) but overall beautiful!!! We highly recommend splurging and staying here.

Spent four wonderful nights at this amazing property in September as art of an anniversary trip with my wife. Overall - star experience on all levels. The staff was extremely attentive and provided first class service throughout the stay - from the bellmen, front desk staff, servers, housekeeping, concierge - everyone was wonderful and attentive! The location was perfect - easy walk to the main town, ferries and boats and the area directly near the hotel is quiet with not much foot traffic entering the hotel premises. The room was spacious, clean and very brightly decorated. The restaurant on site is a five star experience not to be forgotten! If planning a stay in Bellagio, we would highly recommend this property! You can't go wrong here!!!
