On our arrival our rooms were literally disgusting. There were blood stains on our blankets and a lot of black long hair, even bugs were in a pillow case. There was a hole in the bathroom door and there was a little bit of mold starting to build in the corner of the shower. But also they never dusted the room because we checked the table every day and every day there was a big amount of dust. My roommates and I even found blood stains on the bathroom wall after getting back from a trip on Tuesday and it was non of our blood. Also the mattress were super hard so I always kinda woke up with back pain. We told a staff member at the registration about it and she seemed quite annoyed because before some kids from my class also had complained about some issues in their rooms too. We got new bedding quickly but it was super thin . The view was great I can't complain about that but then there was the food. Breakfast was ok but not a lot to pick from but they always refilled when something was almost empty. But the dinner was horrible, the starter and the dessert were literally the only thing edible. Also the starter was always a super big portion and one of the staff forced my friend to finish even though they couldn't take a bite anymore. The staff also didn't seem to know who was able to eat exactly. Kids in my class who weren't allowed religiously to eat certain meat were served this kind of meat. The food also was mainly cold and the main course was absolutely not edible my entire class had stomach aches after eating the main course and on Tuesday even someone got forgotten and didn't get a main course. Just the dinner tasted awful. To be honest I wouldn't recommend this hotel but if you do consider booking a room there make sure you find no blood stains and eat somewhere else if you don't want stomach cramps.
