CAPRI Punta Tragara hotel ! 3,5 /5 What I LIKE : -Amazing view from the room, main pool, restaurants Good amenities and dental kit ( Etro , Marvis ) Cleanest in the room . Comfortable big space ( we stay 3 person in room) What I DONT LIKE - Terrible shame toilet in the lobby - Service. Specially girl who check in us lied about room category and said that all room dosnt have big panoramic windows … and then we find out that they have .. she didn’t tried to ask if we don’t like something or feel uncomfortable to stay in a shale with very small terrible windows… -Very complicated way to hotel . All the time we need to walk to get taxi or funicular 15-20 minutes! Even if something happened emergency, cannot order car or golf car . Specially it was super hard for 75 years old member from our family Also luggage impossible to hold by yourself , need to book special company who can do it for you in 1-2 hours from port to hotel No one send ore check in letter and said about complicated way to get in hotel . So we just guess and walk by map … -We book 2 room and one room ( for 2 person) which are cheaper got better view and more space than our room for 3 person!! Weird room categories… - There is no bathtub in our room . -Lobby toilet is terrible old and dirty. I was shocked . - Mattress is very hard . We cannot sleep well - -Hotel didn't use nice and expensive material for interior. Rooms are very simple . Main pool use very strange stones . Is not wow . But room rate is WOW
