We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff are really friendly and helpful. They even left a happy birthday card and chocolate for my husband on his birthday which was so kind and special. The hotel is beautiful. We didn't use the pool but looked great. We also had a lovely meal here where the staff were again so lovely. Only issue we had was didn't realise how far from the town of verona the hotel was so spent a lot of money on taxis to and from, however this was our issue not theirs. Had a really lovely stay here thank you to all the be staff xxx

Very peaceful, quiet area. Room was very nice but air conditioner too noisy to sleep. Pool time had to be booked in advance but despite this tended to be overcrowded late afternoon. Lots of families so not very relaxing. Better to use in the morning/early afternoon which was very pleasant although water cold. Tea bags and water dispenser by the pool area but the water was not hot so not possible to make tea. No food available in the daytime which is a bit unusual for a hotel but dinner was fairly priced and a reasonable standard. Service excellent. Overall very pleasant and some opportunities to relax. Great ice cream shop right next door!
