A bad experience, I don’t recommend this place. The description and photos don’t correspond to the appartement. The pictures don’t show that one of the rooms is open onto the living room so you can’t have someone sleeping when others awake which is the whole point of having a bedroom. It’s falsely advertised as 2 separate bedrooms. The bed was uncomfortable (just by running your hands on the bed you could feel the matras springs), the bathroom lacked proper lighting and when we checked in there was a broken shower door with glass all over the bathroom. They let us check in without taking care of it and without informing us. This place was really the least enjoyable experience of all. Other stays were cheaper and maybe they were less standardised decorations and a little more worn out but then at least we got a great welcome and locals trying their best. Here it’s a company running the place, they obviously get their margins from volume. They are totally impersonal, cold, do the strict minimum and could care less about your stay as long as they get their money and can move you out onto the next customer. This place really gave us an unwelcoming experience. Really not what you’re looking for when you are on holiday.

The place itself is okay but staying here wasn’t the best experience. The water smells like sewage so even after showering you’d feel dirty. The apartment wasn’t equipped very well at all, from all the appliances listed only maybe like 3/4 things are actually provided. The kitchen didn’t have a microwave, or any sort of cutting boards or cutting knives so cooking was made difficult. The bathroom also has mould growing so be careful with that. The AC would leak so leaving it on overnight was a no go as the balcony would get flooded from it, the pipes were broken had holes in them. The washing machine didn’t wash clothes at all they would still come out dirty and it wouldn’t rinse it properly so when trying to hang them a fat pool of water would collect under them. Housekeeping forgot to clean our apartment and when we inquired about it the house keeper was quite rude saying she won’t clean our apartment even though we agreed with the manager on specific dates for them to come. When arriving we were presented with multiple hidden fees we had to pay on the spot, which is something that should have been disclosed in the booking confirmation. We messaged management if we could get extra towels and toilet paper that request was completely ignored despite them reading our message and leaving it on seen. Atleast the bed was comfortable and it’s in an okay location close by to the market and the main strip with bars and restaurants. But In my honest opinion just pay that extra money for a better place somewhere else.
