Overall good property in a great location, we loved the balcony and the small kitchen in the room. The only negative thing is the AC in the room, it is very loud and doesn't seem to be very effective (the property owner might need to look into upgrading the ACs) and if you want to keep it on at night you will struggle to sleep. There is no front desk at the property itself but you can reach out to the staff via WhatsApp, they are friendly and responsive.

Very impressed with the level of hospitality and friendliness of the staff at Ferrini Home Via Monte Sant'Agata in Catania. The transport to and from the airport which was arranged with Ferrini Home went smoothly. The location was superb since most of the major sights in Catania, as well as restaurants, bars and travel services, are within short walking distance from Ferrini Home. We were also given a free bottle of delicious Sicilian wine upon arrival! My one suggestion would be that they upgrade to using electronic keys to unlock doors. Overall, I enjoyed my star at Ferrini Home and would recommend this as a place to stay in Catania.
