Worst facility I have been ever been to. I have no idea where the high rating came from. This is not a real hotel but rather a floor in an old building in downtown area of Catania. The floor is then divided into rooms with a small reception. You need four keys to get to your room, one for the building door, one for the r elevator, one for the entrance of the suits and the last one for your room. The owner is the one managing the facility. She didn’t allow my cousin to come in my room to wait for my while I was preparing for our outing. She said this is against the policy of the hotel. She literally said that “ I am the owner and I am the one who puts the rules”. I asked my cousin to enter the room regardless of what she says and then she threatened to call the police. I told her that I would write a bad review in booking and immediately after that she marked my stay as “No Show Up” to prevent me from writing any thing negative. My experience with this facility includes more negative details but in short I would never advise anyone to stay there.

Nice and clean hotel with very friendly staff. Rooms are clean. Air conditioner is working well. Good coffee maker on breakfast. Very nice location for your vacation. Bus stop is 2 min on the street. There are many restaurants next to the hotel. I recomande.
