Lovely location on the shore front, and super friendly customer service at reception. Breakfast is good - scrambled eggs, toast and a variety of sweet spreads, pastries and coffee machines. The rooms are clean and the air conditioner worked well. We got a great deal for a couple of nights, and we were able to use facilities (eg. the swimming pool) even after check-out. The hotel is located close to the ancient and pretty town of Chioggia, known as "Little Venice", where the atmosphere is good, everything is more local, and the prices are half of those in Venezia! Don't feel shy to ask for blankets on the bed, as it's chilly at night in October, and get booking soon as they close at the end of the month! (posted 7/10/23)
Our stay was more than pleasant! We got a very nice welcome from the reception. Thank you Marzia! The rooms are spacious and very clean. The maids are doing a great job! The staff is very forthcoming. Our Fridge/minibar wasn’t working. We reported it to the reception and the problem was solved in minutes. That’s what I call service! The only reason I’m am giving it 4 stars is the breakfast. For a 4 star hotel, I would expect more variety of food.
