5 star service and lodging. Staff went above and beyond to help us out eg. waiting for us past midnight and keeping good communication with us when our flight was delayed, packing breakfast for us when we wanted an early start to the day, and were always pleasant and friendly. The room was super spacious and clean and the shower had amazing water pressure.

One of the best hotels I have ever been. The staff is really friendly and kindly helpful. About cleanliness, I think I have never seen cleaning ladies working so much, so it is super clean. Their scrambled eggs are the best I have ever eaten. It is a bit outside of Cortina-dampezzo but in a good location to reach a lot of attractions and avoid the traffic and agglomeration of the town. We had a good room with nice views but it is well organized, grazie a tutti staaaaaafffffff
