The hotel is value for money, starting from the location, their kind upgrade on our reservation. The room 208 was the best we could get with an excellent view to the (unfortunately) abandoned ski Olympic complex. The only thing they have to correct is the service at the restaurant. Although the director was present and tried to take care of everything, having 3-4 waiters and no one to refill your glass with wine, having a wine list starting from 30€ up to 500€!!! Was a fault…the indoor pool and the jacuzzi are top!!!! Would go again but with children this time!!!

I would give 6 stars if I could. We started with a room upgrade which was well received. The room looked amazing, very stylish and functional, with a beautiful shower and luxurious bathtub. The bed very comfortable. At the reception we had an amazing welcoming, professional but friendly. The waiting staff is very professional and take care of all your needs. The renovated spa is beautiful and ran by very professional staff. You are spoiled if you spend time at faloria like chocolate pralines left in your room when you are back from dinner. If I could find a pickle, that was the food that could go up a notch on flavours but overall good. The location is also very convenient to visit the area around or drive around to visit nice mountain trails.
