Welcome, friendliness and courtesy of all staff excellent. Greeted by all staff at all times. Even welcomed with towels to dry off when we had been caught out in a rainstorm and arrived back at the hotel drenched.||Breakfast excellent, offering a good choice, staff constantly clearing away your plates, replenishing the food. We ate at all times and it was good throughout the breakfast session.||Our room with a view of the lake was perfect. Clean with plenty of space for our belongings.||The hotel is a 10/15 minute walk from the centre. It is set back in a quiet area. We enjoyed this walk everyday as it was along the lakefront.||We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Very relaxing 3 nights in this hotel. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. There was also a private area on the terrace to sit outside. The pool was great and refreshing in the hot weather. The drink service to the pool was great and really quick. It was all done through a QR code and you could charge your order to your room from your phone. Breakfast was great each morning as there was loads to choose from. Will definitely be back
