Very friendly staff, the graveyard front desk person very helpful and attentive, the hotel manager super nice guy and Irene the morning front desk person very helpful the only reason I didn't give it a 5 stars it's the breakfast was cold, and that it's not 14 mins away from city tourist places, like it says in the app, ibut other than that it's a very good hotel, rooms are cleaned every day 💯👍, I would stay again if it was closer to Rome, couldn't find a rental car and taxis are a "bit" expensive, thank you all for everything you did for us.
