The hotel itself is nice, ground floor is great but the room I was in was terrible, single room, the single bed was a child’s bed size 2ft 6ins not 3ft wide, very old thin outdated mattress which made my back ache, hardly slept at nights, wall lamp almost falling off, coat hangers very dusty, had to clean some of them for my clothes, hairdryer absolutely filthy, shower cubicle only 2 and half inches square, had to squeeze in cos the shower door not fully open cos shelf in the way, shower door absolutely filthy needs a good clean, dusty shelf, wallpaper peeling, skirting boards missing grey concrete showing, in all the room needs refurbishing thoroughly, same breakfast of salad every morning no change at all!! But the hosts are excellent, location is good, but bit far to Rome, will not be back there again, if I come back to Italy I will go to another hotel called Best Western hotel which have a pool and nearer to Rome less traveling!
